Comfort

So my favourite room in Code Veronica probably won't come as any real surprise to anyone I've spoken to for more than five minutes. It's definitely the anatomists hobby room which is where you find all the torture equiptment that were used on the inmates in Rockfort.

I also think it was probably the scariest part of the game as well just simply because of the small table and the bottle. Obviously I have no real fear of tables and despite my home turf I am relatively unafraid of being bottled too. It was just the fact that clearly this was a place where someone came to relax. That their leisure time was spent simply in the pain of others.

I guess because of Alfred's split personality he isn't often taken very seriously as a villian. He wasn't a cross dresser because he himself did not wear women's clothing, that was Alexia. I member the first time I played CV and you get the red target on your head and it's a one shot kill. That was quite terrifying at the time. And considering he survived on the island when just about everyone else died, he must have had some pretty awesome skills on him.

So here he is, relaxing while the anatomist lets his demons out to play. A few specks of blood having landed on Alfred's face while he enjoys his most likely vintage wine.
